Set up your Group Manager account at https://tuxedo.menswearhouse.com/create-event/lookup. Send invites to party members, add or edit party members, send messages to keep everyone on track, and pay for party members’ rentals. You can also visit any of our 800+ Men’s Wearhouse and Jos. A. Bank locations nationwide.
Get the party together. Provide party members with your group name and number so they can visit any store to be measured, or send invitations through Group Manager—or we can send them on your behalf.
Final fitting and pickup. To help ensure that everyone looks their best on your wedding day, each party member should try on their rental at pickup. Each member will be notified when their rental arrives in store, and everyone should complete the final fitting as soon as possible so there is time to make any necessary adjustments.
Easy returns. Unless an extended rental was ordered, all rentals must be returned the day after the event. For in-store rentals, party members can return garments to any Men's Wearhouse or Jos. A. Bank store. For online rentals shipped directly to a party member, garments may be returned in the provided shipping package or dropped off at any Men's Wearhouse or Jos. A. Bank store. Return all rental items in the bag provided to avoid additional costs.
Create the perfect wedding day look and save. Get $250 toward a rental, purchase, or custom look with six paid rental packages in your wedding party. Each of the six paid rental packages must be at least $225 before discounts and fees to qualify. If your group drops below six party members or another requirement is not met, you will be ineligible for the offer. The $250 coupon will be activated and emailed 14 days before your event date once eligibility minimums are met. If you redeem it for retail tailored goods to be worn at your event, it must be activated and redeemed at least 10 days before the event to allow time for alterations. If you redeem it for custom goods, place the custom order in advance with a full deposit; delivery times vary, so check with the store for current delivery times. The coupon will be applied at pickup, which must take place at least 10 days before the event to allow time for alterations. Coupons applied to a rental transaction exclude rental fees and lost-item replacement costs. Retail purchase exclusions apply, and the coupon cannot be applied to alterations or gift cards.

How do I add party members to my group? There are three simple ways to add group members: call or visit the store, or use Group Manager at menswearhouse.com/groupmanager.
How much do my party members owe for their rentals? Full payment is required at each member’s initial fitting. Taxes are calculated based on the store where the rental is picked up, so individual rental costs may vary slightly by city and state. If a party member completes the order online, payment details are collected at checkout, but the member is not charged until the garments ship.
How do I pay for party members in my group? Visit your nearest store or pay online at menswearhouse.com/payonline.
Can a guest attending my wedding be added to my group? Yes. Guests can be added at any time. Provide them with your group name and number to reference in store or online, or add them using the same steps as adding a party member. Guests also count toward the six paid rentals needed to qualify for the $250 coupon offer.

Getting started. It is important that party members get measured as soon as possible. Party members purchasing retail merchandise who do not live near a Men's Wearhouse store may call 1.877.986.9669 with the group name and number for help ordering garments and arranging shipment to a store near the wedding. Tailoring services are available at every store; call or visit the store for details. Party members purchasing custom garments must visit a Men's Wearhouse location because of the unique measurement and fitting requirements. If you choose to purchase, your Wedding Consultant will provide a retail group number, which will be different from your rental group number.
When should my party members be measured and fitted? Once you've made your selections, your party members should visit one of our locations as soon as possible to make their purchases or get fitted. Your Wedding Consultant will provide your group's fitting timeline or deadline and follow up to let you know who still needs to be fitted.
How do I add additional party members to my group? Please call your Wedding Consultant or visit the store for more information. We can add a member to your group, along with attire selections, as time permits.
What if my party members are from out of town? Provide party members with your name, number, or retail group number. They can visit any location across the country or go online to complete their order. Visit menswearhouse.com/store-locator to find a store.
What if I decide I'd like to pay for a party member's wedding attire? We suggest purchasing a gift card in store or online at menswearhouse.com/shop/gift-cards-for-men and sending it to the party member. You can also accompany the party member to the store and pay in person. Gift cards can only be used at Men's Wearhouse.
Final fitting and pickup. Party members purchasing store merchandise that requires tailoring will receive a pickup date and time from their Wedding Consultant. Party members purchasing custom garments will be notified by email and phone when their garments are ready for final fitting.
