Perfect Fit ® Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROGRAM IS VOLUNTARY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED BELOW AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM.
Eligibility
The Perfect Fit ® Rewards Program (“Program”) is offered by and at the sole discretion of The Men’s Wearhouse, LLC. (the “Sponsor” referred to herein as “we” “our” or “us”). The Program is available to individuals for their personal use only and is limited to one account per individual. Eligible individuals are those who are residents of the United States, who are at least sixteen (16) years or older (who, if a minor have the permission of their parent or legal guardian to join the Program). Consumers meeting this eligibility criteria and enrolling in the Program are identified as “Members.” Excluded from eligibility in this Program are the officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and each of its parent, affiliated or related companies, agencies, and members of any immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouses, regardless of where they live) or households (whether or not related) of such individuals. Corporations, associations, or other groups may not participate in the Program. The Program may not be used for any business or commercial purpose and Sponsor may refuse to create an account for any reason. Credit approval is not required for participation in the Program. Program Members are issued a unique Perfect Fit ® identification (ID) number.
How to Enroll
You may enroll in this Program by completing an enrollment form at participating Sponsor locations or via the internet by logging on to the https://www.menswearhouse.com/perfect-fit-rewards and following the enrollment directions. You will need to have an online account to be enrolled in the Program online through the retail section. If you do not have an online account, you will need to create an online account at the time of enrollment into the Program. You may be required to provide some or all the following information: your name, address, mobile telephone number, birth month, and e-mail address. If you enrolled for the Program at a Sponsor store location, then you will need to log into your online account or create an online account and make sure your Perfect Fit ® ID number is linked in your Account Profile. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it as required. Only one Program account may be associated with a single Member and a single email address.
If you decide you no longer want to be a part of the Program, you may cancel your membership at any time by contacting 1.800.851.6744. If you cancel your membership, any points, rewards, or benefits in your account will automatically expire.
Rewards Points and Certificates
Program Members earn one Perfect Fit ® rewards point for every dollar spent at Men’s Wearhouse stores and at menswearhouse.com on the purchase of merchandise, alterations, and tuxedo rentals, at the stores or online, regardless of the method of payment. Clearance items are excluded. Only one Perfect Fit ® ID number may be used per transaction. For every 500 reward points earned, the Program Member will receive a $50 rewards certificate. Program Members forfeit unused rewards certificates 6 months after issuance. If a Program Member is inactive for 25 consecutive months, the member will forfeit all of the member’s points at the end of the 25-month period. The Program Member is inactive for a certain period if the member does not transact with Men’s Wearhouse over the same period.
No minimum purchase is required to earn rewards points. For your purchase to qualify for the Program, you must be assigned as a participant in the Program and (a) be signed into your online account, with your Perfect Fit® ID Number linked, at the time of online purchase; or (b) provide your Perfect Fit® ID number (which can be looked up using the telephone number you registered under the Program) when making your purchase in store. No rewards points are earned on fees (e.g., tuxedo rental fees such as the mandatory damage and handling fees, late charges, change order, and rush fees), taxes, freight, purchases of gift cards, or purchases made with rewards certificates. Program Members’ accounts will be debited to reflect returned merchandise. Rewards points and rewards certificates are not transferable, have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, and Program Members have no property rights in or to rewards or other Program benefits.
Perfect Fit® Rewards Certificate Use
Rewards certificates are only valid for new purchases at Men’s Wearhouse (online or in store) and may be used only once. No minimum purchase is required to use rewards certificates. Rewards certificates may be combined with other Men’s Wearhouse promotional programs. Rewards certificates are not redeemable for cash or credit and may not be applied toward payment of layaway purchases, gift cards, taxes, or shipping charges. No cash, credit or replacement certificates will be issued if value or rewards certificates exceeds the purchase price.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen rewards certificates. Sponsor is not responsible for rewards, benefits, and/or points lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity by you or any third party. If a Program Member redeems a rewards certificate using the number without the paper certificate in hand, then the paper certificate is void.
In the event merchandise is returned after a certificate is issued, but before the certificate has been redeemed, Men’s Wearhouse reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel any certificates earned on that merchandise.
Redemption and Returns
To redeem, present the reward certificate or enter the online code at checkout. Customers returning items purchased with one or more reward certificate will be given a return reward certificate for the amount of the certificate used (online return certificate will be emailed to account holder); the return policy of Men’s Wearhouse shall apply to any amount in excess of the certificates used. Return rewards certificates are subject to these same terms and conditions.

Program Perks
Birthday Offer. On or around the beginning of their birth month, Program Members (who have provided the birth month information) receive a coupon for $20 off their next purchase of $100 or more (before taxes and shipping if applicable). Coupon may not be applied to rentals or the fees and taxes associated thereto, alterations, or toward the purchase of gift center purchases or gift cards. Coupon may be used only once and must be surrendered at time of purchase. Coupon is not redeemable for cash or credit. Customers returning items purchased with this coupon will forfeit the portion of the coupon used for those items; the Men’s Wearhouse return policy will apply to the remainder of the purchase. Coupon is valid through the member’s birth month.
$60 Off Rental Packages. Available to Program Members only. Packages must include at a minimum coat, pants, shirt, tie, and shoes. Excludes packages styled with the Joseph & Feiss boys' suit. Valid on new bookings only. Valid in-store and online. Cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
Free Shipping on Online Orders. Program Members receive free standard shipping, no minimum on all online purchases excluding gift center purchases. Orders will take 1-2 days to process (plus an additional day if placed on weekends or holidays).
Member Exclusive Offers. Men’s Wearhouse may, from time to time, test certain promotional offers. Should you be a Program Member selected for such test, you will receive separate communications containing terms and conditions applicable to you.
Program Changes
Men’s Wearhouse reserves the right to discontinue, amend, or modify these program terms and conditions at any time, without notice. Men’s Wearhouse's interpretation or application of these program terms and conditions, and determination regarding rewards points earned, will be binding on Program Members.

Privacy Policy
Men’s Wearhouse respects the privacy of Program Members. By using a Perfect Fit ® ID number, each Program Member consents to the business use of the Program Member's personal information by Men’s Wearhouse and its subsidiaries and affiliate companies. The use of Program Members' personal information is governed by our privacy policy. As the privacy policy may be modified from time to time, please visit menswearhouse.com for the most recent version. Program Members may exclude themselves from marketing e-mails, calls, and mailings from Men’s Wearhouse by writing to The Men’s Wearhouse, LLC, ATTN: Customer Relations, 6380 Rogerdale Road, Houston, TX, 77072, or calling 1.800.851.6744.
Conduct of Participation
By participating in the Program, you agree that you have read and agree to abide by these Terms. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant acting in violation of these Terms or found tampering with the process or with the operation of the Program or the Sponsor’s website. Any suspected abuse of the Program, failure to follow any Program Terms, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, or other conduct inconsistent with these Terms and/or detrimental to us or our interests, including without limitation, any suspected illegal, fraudulent other unauthorized use of any Program rewards, points, and/or benefits, may result in the revocation of your membership and make you ineligible for further participation in the Program. If your membership is revoked, any rewards or benefits in your account will automatically expire and your access to the Program and features will automatically terminate in our sole discretion. If we suspect illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of these Terms, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action, in our sole discretion. The products and services available through the Program and are for personal use only.
Limitations of Liability and Release
Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate participant information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of Program information; printing or other errors; and any mail which is late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, postage due or any combination thereof. By participating, Program Members agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by the participant, or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of this Program, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any reward or participation in any Program-related activity or participation in this Program.
Disputes
Participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Program shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, solely and exclusively in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and participants submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court. If the subject matter jurisdiction (including diversity jurisdiction) does not exist in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, then the exclusive forum and venue for any such action shall be the courts of the State of Texas located in Harris County, and participant submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court. Participants irrevocably waive any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction. Participants agree that: (a) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Program but not the purchase price of any items that participants purchased to obtain rewards or attorneys’ fees; and (b) under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST US ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms, or the rights and obligations of participant or Sponsor in connection with the Program shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Texas, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas.
