Men's Wearhouse Online Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return your purchase within 90 days from the shipped date. Returns of custom orders may be subject to separate terms, provided at the time of custom order placement. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed in store are not eligible to be returned by mail.

For exchanges, online orders can only be exchanged in store. For returns, you can return online orders by mail or in stores. If you choose to return by mail, you can then place a new order online, or Contact Us for assistance.

Pants that have been ordered with Creaset® and/or an online tailoring option may be returned or exchanged within 90 days of purchase in-store or by mail (returns). If you wish to have changes made to the tailoring performed, we recommend that you bring the tailored pants to your local Men's Wearhouse where our tailoring staff will assist you in correcting the alterations at no charge. Please call 1.800.776.SUIT (7848) to confirm that tailoring is available at the Men's Wearhouse store nearest you.

All refunds must be accompanied by the packing slip, and will be made in the original form of payment. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original card only. Best efforts will be made to refund merchandise purchased on a debit card to the original card.

Shipping is free on all returns to our Returns Center. Please allow 14 business days for processing your return once we receive it.

International Returns: Online returns are available only for items that were shipped to the United States. If you would like to return items that were shipped outside the US, please see International Returns & Exchanges.

Men's Wearhouse In-Store Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 90 days from the original date of purchase. (Returns after 90 days are eligible to receive an in-store credit only).

All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt*, and refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original card only. Best efforts will be made to refund merchandise purchased on a debit card to the original card. Any amount refunded or credited will be reduced by the pro rata amount of any Perfect Fit® rewards certificates or other savings promotions used to purchase the returned/exchanged merchandise.

All refunds require customer name, address, and phone number. Refunds over $50 for non-credit or debit card purchases which could not be refunded to the original card will be paid to you with a check issued from our corporate offices. If register funds are unavailable for refunds under $50, a check will be issued from our corporate offices. All checks will be issued up to 21 business days (up to 26 business days / 5 business days to extract the check and up to 21 business days for shipping - maybe longer due to holidays and/or mailing delays).

Credit Card returns will be issued in 3-5 business days.

Paypal returns will be issued in 7-10 business days.

Orders placed in store are not eligible to be returned by mail.

Returns/exchanges on altered or worn clothing are subject to store management's sole discretion.

Men's Wearhouse Tuxedo Rental Return Policy

COMPLETE PACKAGE PRICING

Complete rental package prices include coat, pants, shirt, tie, cummerbund or vest, jewelry and shoes. Note: free basic socks are included with all shoe rentals. Pricing is based on the complete package price shown for the coat style selected. The individual price of any item not ordered will be deducted from the total package price, except coat and pants, which cannot be removed online. Pricing does not reflect promotions, and promotions may be subject to limitations, including minimum package requirements. Premium shoes and pocket squares, if selected, have an additional surcharge. Online customers must rent, at a minimum, coat and pants. Any adjustments to the complete package made in-store, may be subject to single-item or other in-store pricing and terms. Prices do not include the mandatory and non-refundable $12.00 Damage and Handling Fee or any rush, change, or late fees that may apply.

EXTENDED RENTAL PRICING OPTIONS

Extended rental options are only available for customers reserving in-store. Extended rental options are not available for customers reserving rentals online. Extended rental prices are automatically calculated at the time of order entry based on the pick-up and return dates set for each reservation. The prices will be adjusted based on the following parameters: For rentals where the difference between the pick-up and return date is between 7 and 12 days, customers will be charged one and one-half times the rental price. For rentals where the difference between the pick-up and return date is between 13 and 18 days, customers will be charged double the rental price.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT ARE OR MAY BE ASSOCIATED WITH RENTALS

A deposit is required for in-store reservations, and not online reservations.

Deposit for wedding group (placed by wedding couple):
Per group $40.00

Deposit for individual rentals and group members:
Per order $20.00

Damage and Handling Fee (mandatory and non-refundable): Per order $12.00

• A $12.00 non-refundable and mandatory Damage and Handling Fee is automatically added to your rental. The fee covers the cost of minor repairs to the rental, and the costs associated with the inspection, quality control, and processing of the rental.

• Rush Order Fee: Per order $40.00 - An order is considered committed only after you have selected styles, been fitted, final measurements taken, and funds paid toward your individual rental. The Rush Order Fee applies in the following circumstances: Wedding party members (orders committed less than 14 days before the event) Individuals (orders committed less than 7 days before the event).

• Style Change Order Fee (style changes made less than 14 days before the event): Per order $20.00

• Late Return Fee: Per day $20.00 - Late fee will be accrued daily and charged in a lump sum, upon the receipt of the late garments, up to the full replacement cost of the applicable garment. If a garment is returned more than 21 days late, customer will be charged the full replacement cost. See Replacement Costs chart, for specific costs.

• Cancellation Fee/No-Shows - Wedding groups: Whether an individual renter or part of a group, any rental order being shipped to a store that is cancelled less than 14 days before the event date is subject to a $20 cancellation fee. (Exception: if entire wedding group is cancelled, the $40 deposit is forfeited.) Online orders may not be cancelled once shipped, which usually occurs 10 to 14 days prior to the event date, and customer will be responsible for the full amount of the rental. If a customer picking up in-store fails to cancel a rental prior to the event date, they agree to forfeit any and all amounts paid. Replacement Cost is charged per item lost or damaged beyond repair.

• Taxes - Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be charged to the order. Taxes are based on where a rental is picked up or shipped. Any necessary adjustments to your rental cost will be made at the time you pick up the rental.

• Lost/Missing Item Fee - If we determine that a rental is damaged beyond repair, or your rental is returned with missing or lost items, you will be charged a lump sum for the replacement cost according to our Replacement Costs.

PROPERTY LEFT IN RENTAL

We are not responsible for any personal property left in a returned rental or garment bag.

RETURN POLICY FOR RENTALS

Returns back to the original form of payment can be made up to 180 days from transaction date. Best efforts will be made to process refunds (a) on a debit card, and/or (b) to the original credit card after 180 days. Any amount refunded or credited will be reduced by the pro rata amount of any Perfect Fit® rewards certificates, discounts, or other dollar-off promotions used toward the rental. If we cannot process the refund back to the original form of tender, or if we have insufficient funds in the register, then you may take your refund in the form of store credit (gift card), or a check will be issued from our corporate offices within 10 business days.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

At time of rental pick up or delivery, please allow adequate time to review and try on your rental to ensure accuracy and fit. Our total liability for any claim or litigation arising from or related to the rental garments is limited to the rental charges actually paid by customer.

EVENT DATE

For online orders, you must create your event, place your order, and submit measurements at least 15 days prior to the date of your event. If you're event date is sooner than these constraints, we ask that you contact a customer support representative or visit your nearest store for more information. In-store orders can be placed closer to the event; rush fees may apply.

SHIPPING

Shipping is free to all United States addresses. We do not ship to Puerto Rico. For orders shipping to customer, you should expect your rental to arrive 7 days before your event. For orders being picked up in a store, you should expect your rental to be available for pick-up 2 days before your event.

RETURN DATE RULES

To avoid late fees, you must return your rental: 1) to a Men's Wearhouse store the day after the event date; or 2) if your order was shipped to you, drop it off at the mail carrier shipping center indicated on the free-shipping label we provide.

RUSH ORDER

Rush orders are available but cannot be placed online. If you'd like to place a rush order, contact Customer Service or go to a local store to process your reservation.

STYLE CHANGE ORDER

After your rental order has been placed, style changes cannot be made online but can be handled over the phone with a Customer Service representative or by visiting a local store. Change order fees may apply if the requested style change is made less than 2 weeks (14 days) before the event date (provided your original items have not yet shipped). Any permissible changes that raise the price of the complete rental package will be charged in full at time of change. For more details regarding cost, refer to ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT ARE OR MAY BE ASSOCIATED WITH RENTALS.

REORDER

Re-orders cannot be placed online. Please contact Customer Service or go to a local store to process.

AUTHORIZATION OF RESERVATION COST & SETTLEMENT

Online customers must submit a valid credit card for authorization, to secure a reservation. However, the customer's credit card will not be charged/settled until the rental ships.

PICK-UP & DROP-OFF OPTIONS

Customers who reserved in-store must pick up and drop off garments at store locations. Customers who reserve online may choose between two options; shipping to an address or picking up in a store. Customers who choose to ship to an address may return garments in the box the shipment arrived in using the provided prepaid shipping label or drop off at a store location. Customers who order online and choose to pick-up in-store must return garments at a store location.

PERFECT FIT® DISCOUNT

$60 Off Rental Packages: Available to Perfect Fit® members only. Packages must include at a minimum coat, pants, shirt, tie, and shoes. Excludes packages styled with the Joseph & Feiss boys' suit. Valid on new bookings only. Valid in-store and online. Cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

6-PAID: COUPON OFFER

$250 Credit Coupon: Void if 6 Paid requirements are unmet. Coupon can be used toward $250 off of either your rental, retail, or custom purchase. Coupons applied to a rental transaction exclude all fees and any lost item replacement costs. Coupons applied to a retail purchase exclude clearance items, shoes, alterations, and gift cards. No cash value. May not be applied toward the payment of Perfect Fit® credit card account balances. Coupon is one-time use only and non-transferrable; must be used in a single new purchase; any unused portion will be forfeited. Customers returning items purchased with this coupon will forfeit the portion of the discount used for those items; the Men's Wearhouse return policy will apply to the remainder of the purchase. Product selection varies by store and online. Not combinable with any other offer, redeemable in-store only. Offer can be modified or cancelled anytime. Expires 30 days after event.
