Rush orders are available but cannot be placed online. If you'd like to place a rush order, contact Customer Service or go to a local store to process your reservation.
We want you to look your best for your event! Style and size changes cannot be made online after your rental order has been placed but can be handled over the phone with a Customer Service representative or by visiting a local store. Change order fees apply if the requested style/size change is made less than 14 days before the event date; however, no changes can be made if your original items have already shipped.
Any permissible changes that raise the price of the complete rental package will be charged in full at time of change, in addition to any change order fees that may apply. For more details regarding cost, refer to ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT ARE OR MAY BE ASSOCIATED WITH RENTALS.
Online customers must submit a valid credit card for authorization, to secure a reservation. However, the full rental amount will be charged to customer's credit card only at the time the rental ships. Customers are responsible for updating any changes to credit card information contacting customer service. Orders will not ship if the credit card on-file is not valid or otherwise cannot be charged at the time of shipment, and Men's Wearhouse is not liable for any failure or delays in such shipments.
Shipping is free to all United States addresses. We do not ship to Puerto Rico. For orders shipping to customer, you should expect your rental to arrive approximately 4 days before your event. For orders being picked up in-store, you will be notified by email (or SMS, if selected) when the rental arrives at the store should expect your rental to be available for pick-up approximately 3 days before your event. Men's Wearhouse is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or that are otherwise outside of our reasonable control.
Refunds must be requested with Customer Service or in any Men's Wearhouse location within 180 days after the event date. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. If we cannot process the refund back to the original form of payment, or if we have insufficient funds in the register for original cash payments, then you may receive your refund in the form of store credit (gift card), or a check will be issued from our corporate offices within 10 business days. Any amount refunded or credited will be reduced by the pro rata amount of any Perfect Fit rewards certificates, discounts, or other dollar-off promotions used toward the rental.
To avoid late fees, you must return your rental: 1) to a Men's Wearhouse or Jos. A. Bank store, during their regular operating hours, the day after the event date; or 2) if your order was shipped to you, drop it off at the mail carrier shipping center indicated on the free-shipping label we provide. See ADDITIONAL CHARGES section below for information on late fees.
We are not responsible for any personal property left in a returned rental garment or garment bag.
At time of rental pick up or delivery please allow adequate time to review and try on your rental to ensure accuracy and fit. Our total liability for any claim or litigation arising from or related to the rental garments is limited to the total amount actually paid by customer for the applicable rental.
The full balance of your rental is due upon fitting/placing your rental order in store. Final balance is determined at rental pickup, in case of any adjustments to your order.
Online reservations are not charged a deposit, but valid credit card information must be provided and will be charged by Men's Wearhouse at time of shipping.
Per order $12.00
A $12.00 non-refundable and mandatory Damage and Handling Fee is automatically added to your rental. The fee covers the cost of minor (as determined in our sole discretion) repairs to the rental, and the costs associated with the inspection, quality control, and processing of the rental.
If we determine, in our sole discretion that any rental garment(s) are damaged beyond minor repair, or if any rental garment(s) are not returned, you will also be charged the full replacement cost of the item(s).
Per order $40.00
An order is considered committed only after you have selected styles, been fitted, final measurements taken, and funds paid toward your individual rental. The Rush Order Fee applies in the following circumstances:
Wedding party members (orders committed less than 14 days before the event)
Individuals (orders committed less than 7 days before the event)
Per order $20.00
Per day $20.00.
Late fee will be accrued daily and charged in a lump sum, upon the receipt of the late garments, up to the full replacement cost of the applicable garment. If a garment is returned more than 21 days late, customer will be charged the full replacement cost. See Replacement Costs chart, for specific costs.
Wedding groups: Per group $40.00
Individuals: Per order $20.00
Whether an individual renter or part of a group, any rental order being shipped to a store that is cancelled less than 14 days before the event date is subject to a $20 cancellation fee. (Exception: if entire wedding group is cancelled, the $40 deposit is forfeited.) Online orders may not be cancelled once shipped, which usually occurs 10 to 14 days prior to the event date, and customer will be responsible for the full amount of the rental. If a customer picking up in-store fails to cancel a rental prior to the event date, they agree to forfeit all amounts paid. Replacement Cost is charged per item lost or damaged beyond repair.
Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be charged to the order.
Taxes are based on where a rental is picked up or shipped.
Any necessary adjustments to your rental cost will be made at the time you pick up the rental.
If we determine that a rental is damaged beyond repair, or your rental is returned with missing or lost items, you will be charged a lump sum for the replacement cost according to our Replacement Costs.

Complete rental package prices include coat, pants, shirt, tie, cummerbund or vest, shoes (including basic socks), and jewelry (i.e., shirt studs and cufflinks). Pricing varies is based on the complete package price shown for the coat style selected. Rental packages and individual garments are subject to availability. The individual price of any item not ordered will be deducted from the total package price, except coat and pants, which cannot be removed online. Pricing does not reflect promotions, and promotions may be subject to limitations, including minimum package requirements. Pocket squares, if selected, have an additional surcharge. Online customers must rent at a minimum, coat and pants. Any adjustments to the complete package made in-store, may be subject to single-item or other in-store pricing and terms. Prices do not include the mandatory and non-refundable $12.00 Damage and Handling Fee or any rush, change, or late fees that may apply.
Extended rental options are only available for customers reserving in stores or through our Customer Service representatives. Extended rental prices are automatically calculated at the time of order entry based on the length of the rental period, i.e., pick-up and return dates set for each reservation. There is no added charge for rental periods of less than 7 days. For rental periods between 7 and 12 days, customers will be charged one and one-half times the standard rental price. For rental periods between 13 and 18 days, customers will be charged double the standard rental price.
