Tailored Brands Gift Card Co LLC is the issuer of all Men's Wearhouse Gift Cards and eGift Cards, and is the sole obligor to the card holder.
Subject to credit approval, we strive to email the eGift Card recipient within the next business day after the order has been received. That said, sometimes orders for eGift Cards are subject to additional verification before fulfillment, which may delay delivery.
You can check your balance at your local Men's Wearhouse or Men's Wearhouse and Tux store or you canclick here to check your card balance online.
A PIN is a personal identification number that is unique to your Men's Wearhouse Gift Card. Your card number and PIN are located on the back of your Men's Wearhouse Gift Card under the silver scratch-off area and are used to ensure security for online orders. If you have a Men's Wearhouse eGift Card, your card number and PIN were located in the email we sent you when your Men's Wearhouse eGift Card was first received.
Gift cards that do not have a PIN number on the back are not redeemable online. For Gift Cards and eGift Cards that have a PIN, these can be redeemed both in store and online.
The Men's Wearhouse Gift Cards and eGift Cards are redeemable online or at any Men's Wearhouse or Men's Wearhouse and Tux store, and Men's Wearhouse Outlet stores for the purchase of merchandise and in-store services with the following restrictions:
Gift cards that do not have a PIN number on the back are only redeemable in our stores. In addition, while Gift Cards and eGift Cards with PINs can be used online, they cannot be used online to purchase engraveable gifts.
Gift Cards and eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Cannot be applied as payment toward credit or credit card accounts. Cannot be redeemed for online gift center purchases. Any portion of the original transaction paid with the gift card is refunded as a gift card. Safeguard this card; it's not replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Tailored Brands Gift Card Co LLC is issuer of this card and sole obligor to card holder, unless assigned.
Lost or Stolen
Neither the Gift Card nor eGift Card is replaceable if lost or stolen. Please treat the Gift Cards or eGift Cards like cash. Men's Wearhouse will not be responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards or eGift Cards.
Expiration
Men's Wearhouse Gift Cards and eGift Cards never expire. If, however, a Gift Card or eGift Card is escheated to the State pursuant to State law, then see our notice Notice to Holders of Gift Cards Issued Prior to June 30, 2005.
Verification
Orders for Men's Wearhouse eGift Cards may be subject to additional verification before fulfillment. Men's Wearhouse eGift Cards may be e-mailed to international customers; however, menswearhouse.com orders can only be shipped within the United States.
Acceptance of Terms
Your purchase, use or acceptance of either the Gift Card or the eGift Card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated here and on your Gift Card. Promotions. Men's Wearhouse Gift Cards and eGift Cards may not be purchased using promotional offers or discounts. Coupons and discounts cannot be applied to Gift Card or eGift Card purchases.
Not for promotional use
Men's Wearhouse Gift Cards or Men's Wearhouse eGift Cards may be used as personal or business gifts, but may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities (including without limitation via websites, Internet advertisements, email, telemarketing, direct mail, newspaper and magazine advertisements, and radio and television broadcasts) unless you obtain Men's Wearhouse's prior written approval.
No affiliation with Men's Wearhouse.
Except as stated elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions, the use of Men's Wearhouse name, logo, trade dress (including any image/likeness of the cards) or trademarks (or those of any of its subsidiaries or affiliates) in connection with the purchase or use of Men's Wearhouse Gift Cards or eGift Cards is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the use of Men's Wearhouse Gift Cards or eGift Cards in any manner that states or implies that any person, website, business, product or service is endorsed or sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with, Men's Wearhouse or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates is prohibited.
Failed Delivery of eGift Cards
The recipient may not receive an eGift Card for several reasons, including an invalid e-mail address, the recipient has a firewall or spam filter that blocked the e-mail, or the recipient's e-mail inbox is full and cannot accept additional e-mails. If you need further assistance or if you have not received your eGift Card, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-986-9669. Men's Wearhouse is not responsible for eGift Cards that are undeliverable or not received because the purchaser failed to give a correct e-mail address for the recipient.
Fraud
Men's Wearhouse reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for additional review any Gift Cards or eGift Cards or purchases online or in store in the event of suspected fraud, mistakenly issued eGift Cards or Gift Cards that are issued with the incorrect dollar amount, or for other violations of these Terms and Conditions.
Please safeguard your Men's Wearhouse Gift Card or eGift Card. Lost, stolen or destroyed Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be replaced. Men's Wearhouse and its subsidiaries or affiliates shall have no liability to you for lost or stolen Gift Cards or eGift Cards.
Men's Wearhouse Gift Cards and eGift Cards are redeemable in store at any one of our 600+ stores nationwide and online. Online it can be used during the checkout process on the "Shipping & Payment " page. You will need the e-gift card number and pin to redeem.

An eGift Card is an electronic gift card that arrives via e-mail to the e-mail address you specify during checkout. Your gift recipient can then use his/her eGift Card to buy products and services available in our stores and on menswearhouse.com, except that at this time, the eGift Card cannot be used online at menswearhouse.com to purchase engraveable gifts.
