The Perfect Fit program is our new customer rewards program and it replaces the Men's Wearhouse rewards program.

 If I have a Men's Wearhouse rewards card do I need to join the Perfect Fit rewards program?
If you have a Men's Wearhouse Rewards Club Card you are automatically enrolled in the Perfect fit program.

Yes. Your points from your Men's Wearhouse rewards card will be credited to your Perfect Fit rewards account.

Points are not awarded for the purchase of gift cards, layaways, taxes, fees and freight charges.

 Do my reward certificates ever expire?
Yes. Perfect Fit reward certificates expire 180 days after they have been issued. If you have a concern about an expired Reward Certificate, please contact Customer Relations at 1-800-851-6744.

Yes. Points are calculated on all purchases, exchanges and returns.

No. Points are not awarded when redeeming reward certificates.

No. Reward certificates may only be redeemed at Men's Wearhouse stores.

Please call toll free at 1-800-851-6744 for assistance regarding your Perfect Fit rewards account. The hours of operation are 8am-11pm Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm Saturday, Central Time and closed Sunday.

For your convenience, you can access account information by calling us toll free at 1.800.851.6744.

 How often can I expect to receive to receive my reward certificates?
For every $500 dollars in purchases, excluding gift cards, taxes, layaways, fees and freight charges, you will qualify for a $50 reward certificate. Reward certificates are sent out once a month so delivery may take 3 to 7 weeks after qualifying for a certificate.
