Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 90 days from the original date of purchase. Please follow the directions on the reverse side of the packing slip to insure an accurate accounting for any exchange or refund. Any refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original credit card only. If you choose to return merchandise to a Men's Wearhouse store, it must be accompanied with the packing slip from the order. Without the packing slip, we will exchange items at current retail value for merchandise or in-store credit only; valid identification is required. Returns/exchanges on altered or worn clothing are subject to store management discretion. Perfect Fit members do not need the packing slip if the transaction number is on file.

 How do I exchange an item?
There are two ways to exchange an item you have purchased online:
  • Exchange your purchase at your Home Store, or at any Men's Wearhouse store nationwide. To be automatically connected to the Men's Wearhouse store nearest to you, please call 1-800-776-SUIT (7848).
  • Exchange your purchase at our Online Store by using the pre-assigned RMA# (Return of Merchandise Authorization Number) and pre-paid Return Shipping Label provided in your original shipping box. Note: Specific instructions for the exchange must be included, so that we know which item(s) should be sent to you in exchange for the item(s) returned to us.
