Additional Charges That May Be Associated with Tuxedo Rentals

Online Registration and Deposit Terms and Conditions (if wedding group registered online)
Online registration is available for new tuxedo rental bookings only. A $10.00 deposit will be charged to your credit card and applied towards your tuxedo rental wedding party deposit when you complete the tuxedo rental booking in-store. An offer code must be entered at time of online registration to secure any advertised offers or discounts. Redemption of an offer will depend on all offer criteria being met at time of store booking. Offer may not be combined with any other discounts or offers. The $10.00 online deposit will be considered part of the wedding party deposit once a complete deposit is made and is subject to forfeiture as stated in the cancellation/no show terms below.

To cancel the online registration and receive a refund of the $10.00 deposit, please call 1-888-466-9889 or visit your local Men’s Wearhouse or Men’s Wearhouse and Tux store. Mention you registered your wedding online and reference your group number and confirmation number, shown on your confirmation email, and the deposit will be refunded to the original credit card used in the transaction.

To complete the tuxedo rental booking, you must come into a Men’s Wearhouse or Men’s Wearhouse and Tux store to select a tuxedo style and pay the balance of the $40 party/group rental deposit. To avoid rush order fees, you must complete the booking prior to 14 days before your event date. Tuxedo rental terms and conditions apply after you complete the tuxedo rental booking. Damage and Handling Fee (non-refundable)*
A $7.00, non-refundable Damage Fee is automatically added to your rental. If we determine that a rental is damaged beyond repair, or if a rental is not returned, you will also be charged the full replacement cost of the item(s).

Cancellation fee / No-Shows  
Wedding groups
  • If the group is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the event, the $40 deposit becomes non-refundable.

Replacement cost is charged per item lost or damaged beyond repair

Extended Rental Pricing

Extended rental prices are automatically calculated at the time of order entry based on the pick-up and return dates set for each reservation. The prices will be adjusted based on the following parameters:

Regular rental price
The difference between the pick-up and return date is 6 days or less

Rental + 1/2 the rental price
The difference between the pick-up and return date is between 7 and 12 days

Double the rental price
The difference between the pick-up and return date is between 13 and 18 days

Complete Package Pricing

  • Complete package prices include coat, pants, shirt, vest, neckwear, shoes, stud and cufflink set (and suspenders as needed) Note: Socks and pocket silks are not included. These items can be purchased along with the rental reservation.
  • Pricing is based on the complete package price shown for the coat style selected.
  • Any style of accessories and vest/neckwear combination may be chosen as part of the complete package. Any additional items ordered will be charged at the single-item rental price.
  • The price of any single item not ordered will be deducted from the total package price.
  • Prices do not include non-refundable $7.00 damage waiver or any rush, change or late fees that may apply.
  • Applicable tax will be charged to the order.

Taxes

Taxes are based on where a rental is picked up. Any necessary adjustments to your rental cost will be made at the time you pick up the rental.

Property Left In Rental

We are not responsible for any personal property left in a returned rental or garment bag.

Return Policy for Rentals

Any refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Any amount refunded or credited will be reduced by the pro rata amount of any Perfect Fit rewards certificates, discounts, or other dollar off promotions used toward the tuxedo rental. If register funds are insufficient for a cash refund, a check will be issued from our corporate offices. All checks will be issued within 5 - 7 business days.

Limitation of Liability

At time of tuxedo pick up please allow adequate time to review and try on your tuxedo rental to ensure accuracy and fit.
Our total liability is limited to the rental charges actually paid by customer, for any claim or litigation arising from or related to the rental garments.
