This item is of a more-than-sufficient quality, especially considering how often it has its price reduced. The color is great, the fabric is OK, and the lining is a great contratst(pastel lime on the body, pinstripe white down the arms). There are some issues, however, that although not sever enough to be considered "problems" outright, should be born in mind.
The first is the cut. Frankly, it looks too much like a suit jacket. I understand this is common in men's fashion right now, but to my mind a sport coat/blazer should look unique to its purpose. It's not AS suit-looking as a lot of other jackets, but it could benefit greatly from softer shoulders.
The second is the fabric. It's cotton, and that's great for a light-colored summer jacket. The only issue is that it wrinkles very easily. This shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone who has experience with cotton jackets, but for someone who hasn't bought them before they should be aware of it. And since it is cotton, and fairly thin at that, it can be a pain to get those wrinkles out with taking it to the dry cleaners.
The third is the lining. There is nothing wrong with it, per se. It is simply that it could be improved by being cut down to half- or even quarter-lining. A coat like this is obviously made for warmer weather. For the most part, it functions well. I live in Texas and it didn't make me feel uncomfortable these past few months(yes, it's still pretty hot during the day here). But in the middle of summer, I don't think this would work for me. Which is a shame, because it's a nice jacket for the most part. Again, this is to emphasize a point on which the jacket could simply improve, not a point on which the jacket fails. Unless you're looking at triple-digit weather, this will be very comfortable to wear in the sun.
